Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal Right
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.
Consequences of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Fechter Merch GmbH, In der Wegscheid 5, 2100 Korneuburg, Austria, support@mastersofmerch.at — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.
To do this, simply fill out the return form available online and send it back to our warehouse together with the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient if you send your return before the withdrawal period expires. The date on which you hand over the return to a parcel service of your choice applies.
You may choose any parcel service provider for returns and you bear the costs of return shipping yourself.
The only exception is if the goods arrive clearly defective. In this case, Fechter Merch GmbH will cover the return shipping costs. This requires that you report the defect to customer support within 48 hours of receiving the goods and provide photographic evidence.
For your own protection, we recommend using insured shipping with tracking for returns. If the package is lost by the parcel service and does not arrive at our warehouse, we cannot process refunds.
Refund Process
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs if applicable, within fourteen days of the date your return arrives at our warehouse.
We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction for this refund, unless otherwise explicitly agreed. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
You must compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling not necessary to inspect the nature, properties, and functionality of the goods. This includes, for example, soiling, odor formation, use of inappropriate cleaning methods, etc.
General Instructions
Avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods if possible in original packaging with all accessories and packaging materials. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
We can only guarantee a full refund if all items are returned in the condition they were in upon receipt. The items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (except for trying on). In addition, all tags and labels must be intact.
If items are returned in poor condition, the purchase amount will not be refunded and we will send the items back to you. Please also note our 14-day return period. If items are returned outside this period, they will be sent back to you without refund of costs.
If you have received defective goods, please contact our customer service immediately after receipt and send us photos of the defect so we can find a solution for you.
Please understand that we cannot refund defective or soiled goods.
If the goods are not returned to us as described, we reserve the right to retain any costs for reconditioning from your refund amount.
Care Instructions
Some items have additional processing to cover zippers. It is therefore particularly important that the recommended and required washing temperature of 30°C is not exceeded when washing. Any damage resulting from improper care unfortunately cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Our metal accessories such as cord ends or eyelets are coated with a fine rubber finish. When washing in a washing machine, the metal drum of the machine can cause the rubber coating to chip. This does not affect the quality or functionality of the detail or product and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Please ensure correct use of detergents. Some detergents contain bleach, which can change the material and colors. Any damage or changes resulting from improper care unfortunately cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Please return the goods insured and with a tracking number.
